Many of our delegates have specific accessibility needs and I have been incredibly impressed with the level of care and detail that the whole events team have put in place. Our event managers attention to detail, his forward thinking and his great logistical ideas have been a real advantage to ensuring our events run smoothly. I just wanted to say a great big THANK YOU our event manager and her colleagues for helping to make our event last week a success. In spite of last minute shuffles (which were definitely for the best in the end!), I thought that the team did a great job everything ran very smoothly and seamlessly. It makes things so much easier for us if hotel staff are easy to contact, helpful, efficient and cheerful and all of the staff that we had contact with were all of these things.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in setting up the IAG Conference at the Hilton Metropole hotel last month. From the very beginning communication with our Events Manager was excellent and many, many queries up until the start of the Conference were always dealt with efficiently and promptly. During the Conference it was great to have the always cheerful Hilton Meetings Manager around to deal with all those last minute queries and changes. The great teamwork and communication made my job a whole lot easier. The Conference went very smoothly and I have received various emails from the delegates saying how well organised everything was for them on their trip to London. The accommodation at the hotel was excellent and the lunches provided were amongst the best that the delegates had experienced on this type of Conference. Personally I found the staff at the hotel very approachable and happy to help with a can do attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to other wishing to organise Conferences or Business Meetings. It was a pleasure to have worked with you and I look forward to working with the Hilton Group again.

The Events Manager responsible for our event has been brilliant and so patient with all the changes. Everything we discussed was filtered to the right department. The operations team were so helpful and were constantly on hand for all requests. The Operations Director and Deputy Director were so professional and assured all our changes and demands were met.
