Our registration area has built-in flexibility and space for event banners, exhibition displays, plasma screens and other materials that can be tailored to match your theme. You can make an impression from the moment your delegates arrive at the dedicated West Wing entrance. There is also a lounge area where delegates can relax over a drink and meet others attending the conference. Or they could explore the main section of the hotel, including our hairdresser, shop, Fiamma Bar and Restaurant, Caffe Cino, Lounge Bar, Concierge and main reception, which are all nearby on the ground floor.
