The Product
The ground floor of our new West Wing was purpose-built to make hotel check-in and event registration as simple as possible. With enough room to set up your own conference registration desks, organisers can take care of all the formalities quickly and efficiently in the one area. There is plenty of space to host welcome drinks or hand out information packs while delegates enjoy a chance to mingle and get into the mood of your event. Stairs and lifts connect the area directly to the Monarch and King's convention suites and the bedrooms. There is direct access to the underground car park and the rear entrance where coaches and taxis can stop.
