Technical Overview
The hotel has a total of 40 conference and meeting rooms with 4,100 sqm (44,000 sq ft) of flexible, pillar-free space.

The two major conference suites in the West Wing, the Monarch and King's Suites, can each accommodate 1,600 delegates theatre style and are equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting technology. Together the King's and Monarch Suites offer the possibility of a conference session taking place in one, while the other suite is transformed into your dining theme, giving you seamless transitions.

These air-conditioned suites offer event organisers an unprecedented level of flexibility, with back projection plus state-of-the-art sound and lighting technology. A 100MB high speed data line means faster connections in the Hilton London Metropole. This line upgrade will mean faster internet access also facilitate high grade video conferences's, web casting and other bandwidth intensive conference services.

Other facilities include: Satellite cables in AV room and VTR / decoders, telephone data points, television points, lighting suspension system and 1,650 kg hanging point. Separate PA sound system, dimmer control panels, heavy duty service lift, 3 phase power and dedicated organisers' office.

A third suite, the Palace, accommodates 800 delegates theatre style. Other smaller meeting rooms include 17 Hilton Meetings Rooms, 10 Mezzanine breakout rooms and 2 boardrooms.
