BuffetBuffet parties are the entertaining occasion favoured by those who want an alternative to the formality of a "sit down event". Wonderfully relaxed, buffets are the "almost anything goes" type of occasion when menus can either be deliciously simple or sumptuously extravagant.
Occasions such as these do not stand on formality and can take place here in the hotel in the morning as a buffet breakfast, at midday as a buffet lunch or a late-night buffet supper.
No matter the size of your event, we can accommodate any size of party from the smaller private "celebration" party for 100 guests in the top-floor restaurant with panorama view to the larger, extravagant event for 1,900 guests in the Monarch Suite.
